Marilynn Cowgill – PhD, Principal of Leadership Catalysts
Marilynn has spent many years helping businesses reach and re-define their goals. Having been a consultant for more than 20 years, 15 of which were spent working inside corporate America, she understands not only how companies of many sizes work, but also the particular conditions under which groups and managers in those organizations work.
Marilynn has a master’s and doctorate in Business Administration. Her academic specialties are management, leadership and motivation. She is interested in how people reach their goals, how to help them be motivated to reach them and how to help leaders and managers help their employees to be high-performers.
